How do I register?
You can register on the Salaso website by clicking on the Register button in the top right hand corner of the screen. Here you can enter your details to be registered on the site. A member of the Salaso team will be in contact as soon as your registration has been approved. Registration is currently reserved for Chartered Physiotherapists and Healthcare Professionals only.
I have registered with Salaso but I can’t seem to login. Why is this?
Registration is currently reserved for Chartered Physiotherapists and Healthcare Professionals only. If you have registered on the site but still cannot login, it is because our administrative team are in the process of approving your registration. Your registration will be approved as soon as a member of the team has verified your status.
What do I do if I can’t remember my login details?
If you cannot remember your password, on the Home page, click on "Login" and then click on "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address and click reset. A new password will be emailed to you. You can change this password in the "My Account", tab. If you cannot remember your username please email our team by using this form and they will respond to your query via email.
How do I reset my password?
Once you have logged in, you can resent your password by clicking on the "My Account" tab in the top right corner and following the "Change Password"link at the bottom.
I found an error on the site. How do I report it?
If you encounter an error or problem on the site, please report it to our team by emailing us contact us.
What should I do if a client has difficulty using the site?
If a client is having difficulty with using the site, advise them to consult the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section. If their problem is not addressed here they can contact us.

How do I register?
You can only register when your Healthcare Professional (physiotherapist or general practitioner) adds you to the system. You will receive an invitation email with a link to register. Click on the link, enter your details and submit your registration.
Why have I not received a registration invite email?
Some email providers will filter certain emails into your spam or junk mail folders. Please check these folders for the invitation email. If the email is not there, it may be due to a technical issue. Contact your healthcare provider who can then resend the invite to you. If this still does not resolve the issue, please contact us.
I have registered with Salaso but I can't seem to login. Why is this?
If you cannot login, please make sure that you are entering your username and password exactly as you did when you registered. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive. If this still does not resolve the issue, please contact us.

I am trying to view my exercises on my smartphone, but it does not seem to be working properly. What should I do?
Your exercises may not be displaying due to slow download speed. Try and locate a better signal strength. An app for iPhone & Android are available in their respective app stores.
